2. Overview of Macromedia Breeze (2 – 2:45)
Macromedia Breeze is a web communication system that lets you view presentations, attend meetings, and receive training over the Internet using the familiar Microsoft PowerPoint application, a web browser, and the Macromedia Flash plug-in.
Breeze includes a set of components that provides an integrated solution. For this grant, Breeze will be used with these components:
Breeze Meeting: Lets you view and participate in a meeting over the Internet in real time.
Breeze Presenter: Lets you view a presentation with voice-over in a standard web browser through Macromedia Flash Player.

3. Using the microphone and webcam with Breeze (3 – 3:45)
In this final session for today, you’ll experience participating in a Breeze Meeting using a microphone and/or webcam. This will closely simulate a real meeting experience you will have at your school or home. Remember, you should be using high-speed Internet when you participate in a Breeze Meeting.
Instructions:
Break into school district groups and practice participating in a Breeze Meeting as if you were all together at your school.

Enter as “Guest”
Username can be your name or school name, whatever will make sense.
Barbara will be on another computer and will host the meeting.
Again, experiment using webcam and microphone, with each group member trying it out.
